Do you ship International?

Currently, my products ship the United States and most countries Worldwide. To check out more information about Shipping, please see the Shipping Policy.

How long does shipping take?

Each order is handmade, so please note that shipment may take some time, especially during peak seasons.

Orders are processed within 3-4 business days after the order confirmation email is sent. Pre-orders are processed within 2-3 weeks. Most US orders take 3-5 business days to ship, and typically 1-4 weeks for International orders. For more information about the shipping policy, click here.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number included. Click on the on the tracking number to be directed to the USPS website to check on your shipment status!


How do Refunds/Replacements work?

All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or lost, please contact shopcraftydessert@gmail.com for a replacement within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please attach photos of the damaged item(s) for future improvement.

Can I eat it?

All cake inspired accessories are NOT edible and are only for storage and decor purposes.

Care instructions?

I recommend you keep the our products away from extreme heat, high humidity, and wet surfaces (such as sinks, faucets, etc.), as prolonged exposure to these elements can cause the cake to slightly lose shape.

How are orders packaged?

I try to package each order to ensure it arrives safely and protected. All Cake Boxes are wrapped with thick tissue paper in a tight box to secure in place throughout the entire shipment.

Yes! Most of my discounts and giveaways are announced on my social media and my email list, so make sure to tap in for occasional surprises!
